I am a bit concerned with what is going on with this bit short URL bit.ly/baby4luck and why I can't even find any leads when trying to search it online. It is kinda weird because I am now eager to seek more.. to find more about this bit short link.

If you search for the bit.ly/baby4luck link online you probably can't even find any search results. It is because the link is still fresh and not yet crawled.
It is a bit similar to my analysis with some bitlyurl, that baby4luck can lead us to different landing pages. I assume that you know this already because when you type the URL directly the link will lead you to access the ad-site.
Also, I found out that the bitlylink we are searching is literally made to search directly on the URL because that is how all shorten link works.
Moreover, I am still not fulfilled with the information I gathered, so try to search deeper. Upon searching for some clues, I have found myself on a similar topic a few years ago posted on Reddit, and I can't believe many have a similar issue.
It is funny because many of them are just making fun of it so they won't be disappointed. And as of now, the bit short URL is slowly showing on the search results.
